Fueron dos jornadas con charlas, conferencias y presentaciones de expertos en las \u00e1reas de finanzas, gesti\u00f3n y costos. La bienvenida a los asistentes fue dada por el decano de la Facultad de Ciencias Empresariales, Benito Uma\u00f1a Hermosilla, y el presidente del Instituto Internacional de Costos, Carlos Diehl.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La actividad fue organizada por la Escuela Contador P\u00fablico y Auditor, su directora Cecilia Gallegos Mu\u00f1oz, explic\u00f3 que \u201ccomo Escuela venimos hace cinco a\u00f1os organizando el Seminario Internacional de Contabilidad y Costos, pero este a\u00f1o asumimos un desaf\u00edo mayor, organizar el primer congreso chileno de costos. Ello signific\u00f3 invitar a participar a profesores de costos de distintas universidades, nacionales y extranjeras\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con el objetivo de difundir en este congreso el conocimiento a trav\u00e9s de investigaciones y avances en materia de costos y gesti\u00f3n, \u201cqueremos mostrarles a los estudiantes de la Universidad del B\u00edo-B\u00edo que los acad\u00e9micos de esta casa de estudios est\u00e1n a nivel internacional. Asimismo, mostrar la Universidad al m\u00e1s alto nivel\u201d, agreg\u00f3 la acad\u00e9mica, comentando tambi\u00e9n que se cont\u00f3 con el apoyo del Instituto Internacional de Costos. &nbsp;Una de las metas logradas en este congreso fue conformar el Instituto chileno de Costos, dijo Cecilia Gallegos, y donde ya se cuenta con los socios formadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, el decano de la Facultad de Ciencias Empresariales, Benito Uma\u00f1a, destac\u00f3 la importancia para la UBB de contar con este tipo de eventos del m\u00e1s alto nivel, \u201cnos importa el impacto que esto tiene en la formaci\u00f3n de nuestros estudiantes, especialmente los de Contador P\u00fablico y Auditor, as\u00ed como a nivel local, nacional e internacional\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre los temas tratados est\u00e1n \u201cGesti\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica de costos, \u00e9nfasis en la Contralor\u00eda Estrat\u00e9gica\u201d, de Carlos Diehl; \u201c\u00bfDe qu\u00e9 manera contribuyen los ERP en Costos a la Gesti\u00f3n del Controller?\u201d, de Ricardo Laporta; \u201cDeterminaci\u00f3n del costo unitario de producci\u00f3n en una empresa de \u00e1ridos a trav\u00e9s del m\u00e9todo de costeo ABC\u201d, de Estela Rodr\u00edguez y Cecilia Gallegos;
