{"id":961,"date":"2019-04-19T03:01:33","date_gmt":"2019-04-19T03:01:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/gestionempresarial.face.ubiobio.cl\/?p=961"},"modified":"2023-10-02T22:32:55","modified_gmt":"2023-10-02T22:32:55","slug":"observatorio-laboral-de-nuble-aplicara-la-primera-encuesta-nacional-de-demanda-laboral-en-la-region","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gestionempresarial.face.ubiobio.cl\/index.php\/observatorio-laboral-de-nuble-aplicara-la-primera-encuesta-nacional-de-demanda-laboral-en-la-region\/","title":{"rendered":"OBSERVATORIO LABORAL DE \u00d1UBLE APLICAR\u00c1 LA PRIMERA ENCUESTA NACIONAL DE DEMANDA LABORAL EN LA REGI\u00d3N"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Representantes de entidades p\u00fablicas y privadas que integran Consejo Asesor del Observatorio de \u00d1uble conocieron c\u00f3mo ser\u00e1 el levantamiento de informaci\u00f3n sobre brechas de capital humano en distintas comunas de la regi\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Generar informaci\u00f3n representativa sobre la dotaci\u00f3n y la demanda de capital humano de las empresas a nivel regional es el principal objetivo de la primera encuesta nacional de demanda laboral, ENADEL 2019 que ser\u00e1 aplicada en el pa\u00eds pr\u00f3ximamente y en distintas comunas de la regi\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed se inform\u00f3 a los integrantes del&nbsp;<strong>Consejo Asesor del Observatorio Laboral de \u00d1uble (OL\u00d1)<\/strong>&nbsp;durante la octava sesi\u00f3n realizada en el Centro de Extensi\u00f3n de la UBB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La jornada permiti\u00f3 adem\u00e1s entregar una s\u00edntesis del trabajo desarrollado en los primeros dos a\u00f1os de funcionamiento y sobre el levantamiento de informaci\u00f3n de sectores priorizados por parte de este Observatorio \u00f1ublensino dependiente de&nbsp;<strong>Sence&nbsp;<\/strong>y que cuenta con el apoyo de la&nbsp;<strong>OTIC Sofofa Capital Humano<\/strong>&nbsp;y ejecutado por la&nbsp;<strong>Facultad de Ciencias Empresariales de la Universidad del B\u00edo-B\u00edo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la sesi\u00f3n, el&nbsp;<strong>director del OL\u00d1, Bernardo V\u00e1squez<\/strong>, present\u00f3 el nuevo enfoque que tienen los observatorios laborales en el pa\u00eds y la pr\u00f3xima aplicaci\u00f3n de la ENADEL en la que se estableci\u00f3 un convenio entre el Observatorio Laboral Nacional y el INE para definir la muestra de empresas a encuestar de manera probabil\u00edstica a nivel regional a partir de un instrumento que sigue lineamientos de organismos internacionales (OIT, CEDEFOP).&nbsp;<em>\u201cPodremos hablar de las ocupaciones escasas seg\u00fan el tama\u00f1o de empresa, de la causa de escasez, de las habilidades que requieren las empresas, de los requerimientos de contrataciones seg\u00fan sector productivo y a nivel regional, entre otras\u201d,<\/em>precis\u00f3 por la encuesta que abordar\u00e1 cuatro sectores de la econom\u00eda regional como son la industria manufacturera, construcci\u00f3n, transporte y almacenamiento y turismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El&nbsp;<strong>director regional de Sence, Rodolfo Zaror<\/strong>, destac\u00f3 que el levantamiento de informaci\u00f3n considerar\u00e1 algunos de los sectores priorizados por el Plan de Inversiones en \u00d1uble.&nbsp;<em>\u201cComo Sence estamos interesados en conocer la realidad de la regi\u00f3n para capacitar de mejor manera a los trabajadores de \u00d1uble\u201d<\/em>, coment\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A su vez, la&nbsp;<strong>Seremi del Trabajo y Previsi\u00f3n Social de \u00d1uble, Yeniffer Ferrada<\/strong>, valor\u00f3 el trabajo colaborativo.&nbsp;<em>\u201cValoramos tremendamente esta instancia, por tratarse de un espacio de convivencia y trabajo entre el mundo p\u00fablico, el privado y la academia.
